  6. LipSyncLab2 lets you make characters speak using sampled phrases.  
  7. I developed it after I wrote Steve Headroom, and the lip sync it 
  8. produces is a lot more convincing.

  10. The archive includes three main programs:

  12.   LipSyncLab2 -- The tool that generates the data.
  13.   Floyd --  Example of using the data with bobs.
  14.   Buster -- Example of using the data with HAM screens.

  18.   LSL1 --   Bizarre early attempt at building speech out of
